Fenton was raised in Tifton GA. In 1968, after receiving a BS degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Georgia, he began work with the Soil Conservation Service (SCS), which later became The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). His work involved the site investigation, design, and construction inspection of large watershed dams in North Georgia. Also, he worked on small ponds, drainage and animal waste management systems.
In 1978 he transferred to Albany where he became the Area Engineer for SCS. The area covered 27 counties in Southwest Georgia. The main projects were ponds, irrigation, animal waste management systems, terraces, grassed waterways, and drainage. In 1998 the area was enlarged to 36 counties. In 1999, he retired from the NRCS and began consulting.

FENTON W. NASH, III, RLS
Fent moved to Albany in 1978. In 1987 he began his career in the fields of Surveying and Civil Engineering in Albany and Southwest Georgia. He became a Registered Land Surveyor in 2000. He has performed and managed the surveying, design and permitting of many major residential subdivisions in and around Southwest Georgia. He has worked with the surveying, street design, utility design, stormwater management, grading and drainage, erosion and sediment control plans and construction plans of many others. He has done numerous boundary surveys on properties ranging in size to over 6,000 acres. He has designed many site development plans for businesses and industries in Albany and Southwest Georgia.

RYAN S. CANNON, RLS
Ryan is a life long resident of Southwest Georgia. In 1994 he began his career in the fields of land and engineering surveying in Albany and Southwest Georgia. He joined Nash Engineering & Surveying in 2004 as Survey Project Manager. He became a RegisteredLand Surveyor in 2008. He has performed and managed the surveying of many major subdivisions, topographic surveys, boundary surveys (one exceeding 10,000 acres), CDBG surveys, ONE GEORGIA surveys, ISTEE surveys, right-of-way acquisition/easement surveys and accident scene surveys in and around Southwest Georgia.
